*Why are there now 2 pass plus schemes?

North Yorkshire County Council has launched the Enhanced Pass Plus Course in partnership with driving instructors across the county. For the same price as a standard pass plus course, you get the same great training from Andy as the standard course, but also some excelent classroom tuition from North Yorkshire County Council, and what's even better is that the council will pay £75 towards your course fees, leaving you only £99 to pay.
